1 Name

  This instrument is the CASA 44/25 — Prescription of Singapore as a Recognised Foreign State Instrument 2025.

2 Duration

 This instrument:

(a) commences on 1 August 2025; and

(b) is repealed at the end of 31 July 2028.

3 Prescription

 Singapore is prescribed as a recognised foreign State under regulation 61.047 of CASR.
