List of Exempt Native Specimens Instrument 2001
This instrument is the List of Exempt Native Specimens Amendment (South Australian Giant Crab Fishery) Instrument, July 2025.
This instrument commences on 25 July 2025.
This instrument is made under subsection 303DC(1)(a) of the EPBC Act.
In this instrument:
EPBC Act means the Environment Protection and Biodiversity Conservation Act 1999.
Each instrument that is specified in a Schedule to this instrument is amended or repealed as set out in the applicable items in the Schedule concerned, and any other item in a Schedule to this instrument has effect according to its terms.

Specimens that are or are derived from fish or invertebrates taken in the South Australian Giant Crab Fishery as specified in the Fisheries Management Act 2007 (SA), Fisheries Management (General) Regulations 2015 (SA), the Fisheries Management (Miscellaneous Fishery) Regulations 2015 (SA) and the Fisheries Management (Rock Lobster Fishery) Regulations 2017 (SA), but not including:
