Comptroller-General of Customs Declaration of Places No.1 of 2015

  This instrument is the Customs (Places for Authorised Agents) Declaration 2025.

  This instrument commences on the day after it is registered.

  This instrument is made under subsection 181(2) of the Customs Act 1901.

Note: A number of expressions used in this instrument are defined in subsection 4(1) of the Act, including the following:

(a) Australia;

(b) Place.

  In this instrument:

Act means the Customs Act 1901.

  Each instrument that is specified in a Schedule to this instrument is amended or repealed as set out in the applicable items in the Schedule concerned, and any other item in a Schedule to this instrument has effect according to its terms.

  All places in Australia are declared to be places to which subsection 181(2) of the Act applies.

Repeal the instrument.
