Part 1Preliminary

  This instrument is the Veterans’ Entitlements (Continued Fringe Benefits) Determination 2025.

  This instrument commences on the day after the day it is registered.

  This instrument is made under subsections 53B(1) and (2) of the Veterans’ Entitlements Act 1986.

  Veterans' Entitlements (Continued Fringe Benefits) Determination 2015 (Instrument 2015 No. R24) is repealed.

  In this instrument:

Act means the Veterans’ Entitlements Act 1986.

Part 2—Continued fringe benefits eligibility circumstances

  For subsection 53A(2) of the Act, a continued fringe benefits eligibility circumstance is that the Commission determines that the person:

  1.     has capacity to work for more than 8 hours per week; and
  2.    is likely to have that capacity for the foreseeable future.
