Housing Australia Investment Mandate Direction 2018
This instrument is the Housing Australia Investment Mandate Amendment (2025 Measures No. 3) Direction 2025.
(1) Each provision of this instrument specified in column 1 of the table commences, or is taken to have commenced, in accordance with column 2 of the table. Any other statement in column 2 has effect according to its terms.

This instrument is made under the Housing Australia Act 2018.
Each instrument that is specified in a Schedule to this instrument is amended or repealed as set out in the applicable items in the Schedule concerned, and any other item in a Schedule to this instrument has effect according to its terms.

Omit “2022-23, 2023-24 and 2024-25 financial years” (wherever occurring), substitute “2022-23, 2023-24, 2024-25 and 2025-26 financial years”.
2 Subsection 29IB(1) (heading)
Omit “2024-25”, substitute “2025-26”.

Omit all the words after “for each of the”, substitute “2022-23, 2023-24, 2024-25 and 2025-26 financial years”.
4 Subsection 29IBA(2) (heading)
Repeal the heading, substitute:
Additional guarantees for each of the financial years 2023-24 to 2025-26

Note: A determination may be made for guarantees that could have been issued but were not issued for each of the 2022-23, 2023-24 and 2024-25 financial years. As the Regional First Home Buyer Guarantee will cease in the 2025-26 financial year, guarantees not issued for that year will not be rolled over to the following financial year.
