  This instrument is the Woomera Prohibited Area Rule 2014 Determination of Exclusion Periods for Amber Zone 1 and Amber Zone 2 for Financial Year 2024-2025 Amendment Determination No.3.

2  Commencement

  This instrument commences on the day it is signed.

3  Authority

  This instrument is made under subsection 8(1) of the Woomera Prohibited Area Rule 2014.

4  Zones

  The area described as Amber Zone 2 within the Woomera Prohibited Area, is prescribed in section 6 of the Woomera Prohibited Area Rule 2014.

5  Schedule

  Each instrument that is specified in a Schedule to this instrument is amended or repealed as set out in the applicable items in the Schedule concerned, and any other item in a Schedule to this instrument has effect according to its terms.
