This instrument is the Southern and Eastern Scalefish and Shark Fishery (Overcatch and Undercatch) Determination 2025.

This instrument commences on the day after registration on the Federal Register of Legislation.

This instrument ceases on 1 May 2026.

This instrument is made under subsection 24(1) of the Management Plan for the purpose of paragraph 17(6)(aa) of the Act.

Act means the Fisheries Management Act 1991.

Management Plan means the Southern and Eastern Scalefish and Shark Fishery Management Plan 2003.

Any term used in this instrument that is defined for the purposes of the Management Plan has the same meaning in this instrument as it has in the Management Plan.

Note: Terms defined in the Act have the same meanings in this Instrument.

For the purposes of section 24 of the Management Plan the ‘determined amount’ and ‘determined percentages’ for each quota species for the fishery for the 2025-26 fishing year commencing on 1 May 2025 and ending on 30 April 2026 are:
