Family Assistance (Public Interest Certificate Guidelines) (Education) Determination 2018
This instrument is the Family Assistance (Public Interest Certificate Guidelines) (Education) Amendment (Policy Development and Related Purposes) Determination 2025.
(1) Each provision of this instrument specified in column 1 of the table commences, or is taken to have commenced, in accordance with column 2 of the table. Any other statement in column 2 has effect according to its terms.

This instrument is made under section 169 of the A New Tax System (Family Assistance) (Administration) Act 1999.

After “16”, insert “16A,”.

Insert:
Information may be disclosed for the purpose of this section if the disclosure is necessary to support:
any matter connected to education, early childhood development, child care, or preschool.
3 Paragraph 26(1)(c)
Omit “18, 19, 20 or 21”, substitute “27, 28, 29 or 30”.
