This instrument is the Information Amendment (Enrolled Nurse Staff Members) Principles 2025.

Each provision of this instrument specified in column 1 of the table commences, or is taken to have commenced, in accordance with column 2 of the table. Any other statement in column 2 has effect according to its terms.

This instrument is made under the Aged Care Act 1997.

Information Principles 2014

1 At the end of subsection 8B(1)

Add:

; (e) the average amount of direct care provided through the service by enrolled nurse staff members of the provider per counted care recipient per day during the quarter.

2 Subsection 8B(3)

Insert:

enrolled nurse staff member has the meaning given by section 4 of the Quality of Care Principles 2014.
