Defence (Security Authorised Members—Identification and Search Wardens: Training and Qualification Requirements) Determination 2014
This instrument is the Defence (Security authorised member of the Defence Force—Training and qualification requirements for Identification and Search Wardens) Determination 2025.
This instrument commences on the day after this instrument is registered.
This instrument is made under subsection 71C(4) of the Defence Act 1903.
In this instrument:
Act means the Defence Act 1903.
security authorised member of the Defence Force has the same meaning given by section 71 of the Act.
(a) Defence Security Official – Roles and Responsibilities (Module 1);
(b) Defence Annual Security Awareness; and
(c) Operational Safety Training recertification including scenario based training to test the practical application of powers exercisable by a security authorised member of the Defence Force who is an Identification and Search Warden.
(1) This section sets out that there are no qualification requirements that a person must satisfy to be a security authorised member of the Defence Force who is an Identification and Search Warden.
Each instrument that is specified in a Schedule to this instrument is amended or repealed as set out in the applicable items in the Schedule concerned, and any other item in a Schedule to this instrument has effect according to its terms.
