This instrument is the Environment Protection and Biodiversity Conservation List of CITES Species Amendment (2025/002) Instrument 2025.
This instrument commences on the 7 February 2025.
This instrument is made pursuant to subsection 303CA(9) of the Environment Protection and Biodiversity Conservation Act 1999.
Each instrument that is specified in a Schedule to this instrument is amended or repealed as set out in the applicable items in the Schedule concerned, and any other item in a Schedule to this instrument has effect according to its terms.
