  This instrument is the CASA 11/25 — Prescription of Japan as a Recognised Foreign State Instrument 2025.

2 Duration

 This instrument:

(a) commences on 1 February 2025; and

(b) is repealed at the end of 31 January 2027.

3 Prescription

 Japan is prescribed as a recognised foreign State under regulation 61.047 of CASR.
