Net Zero Economy Authority Commencement Proclamation 2024

I, the Honourable Sam Mostyn AC, Governor‑General of the Commonwealth of Australia, acting with the advice of the Federal Executive Council and under item 1 of the table in subsection 2(1) of the Net Zero Economy Authority Act 2024, fix 11 December 2024 as the day on which the whole of that Act commences.
