I, Julie Collins, Minister for Housing, Minister for Homelessness, and Minister for Small Business, under subsection 34AAB(1) of the Acts Interpretation Act 1901, authorise Amanda Rishworth, Minister for Social Services, to act on my behalf in the performance of my functions and duties, or the exercise of my powers, that I may perform or exercise under an Act or a provision of an Act, relating to housing supply and affordability or small business policy and programmes as referred to in the Part of the Schedule to the Administrative Arrangements Order relating to the Department of the Treasury.

This instrument commences on 1 August 2024 and ends on 4 August 2024.
