Takeovers Panel – Seventeen Part-Time Members – Appointments and Reappointments 2024

I, General the Honourable David Hurley AC DSC (Retd), Governor-General of the Commonwealth of Australia, acting with the advice of the Federal Executive Council, and under subsection 172(2) of the Australian Securities and Investments Commission Act 2001:

(a)    appoint Kierin Deeming, Katrina Efthim, Jonathan Gidney, Reeny Paraskeva, Richard Phillips, Christopher Stavrianou and Georgina Varley to be Part‑time Members of the Takeovers Panel each for a period of three years beginning on 30 April 2024; and

(b)   reappoint Stephanie Charles, Teresa Dyson, Marina Kelman, Jeremy Leibler, Sandy Mak, Rory Moriarty, Karen Phin, Sarah Rennie, John Sheahan and Nicola Wakefield-Evans to be Part-time Members of the Takeovers Panel each for a period of three years beginning on 30 April 2024.
