Competition and Consumer (Australian Competition Tribunal Deputy Registrar) Appointment (No. 1) 2024

I, Andrew Leigh, Assistant Minister for Competition, Charities and Treasury, under subsection 44(2) of the Competition and Consumer Act 2010, appoint Michael Buckingham as a Deputy Registrar of the Australian Competition Tribunal, on a part-time basis, for a period of five years beginning on the day after this instrument is registered on the Federal Register of Legislation.
