  This instrument is the Legislation (Deferral of Sunsetting—Aged Care Instruments) Certificate 2024.

  This instrument is made under paragraph 51(1)(c) of the Legislation Act 2003.

  The following instruments, for which the sunsetting day is 1 October 2024, are repealed by section 51 of the Legislation Act 2003 on 1 October 2026:

  7.     Approval of Care Recipients Principles 2014;
