Schedule 1—Amendments

MRCA Treatment Principles (Instrument 2013 No. MRCC 53)

1  Name

  This instrument is the Military Rehabilitation and Compensation (Treatment Principles) Variation (Sustainability Payments) Determination 2024.

2  Commencement

  This instrument is taken to have commenced on 1 July 2024.

3  Authority

  This instrument is made under subsection 286(5) of the Military Rehabilitation and Compensation Act 2004.

4  Schedules

  Each instrument that is specified in a Schedule to this instrument is amended or repealed as set out in the applicable items in the Schedule concerned, and any other item in a Schedule to this instrument has effect according to its terms.

Schedule 1—Amendments

MRCA Treatment Principles (Instrument 2013 No. MRCC 53)

1  Paragraph 7.3AA.1(a)
