National Disability Insurance Scheme (NDIS Worker Screening Law) Determination 2020

1  Name

  This instrument is the National Disability Insurance Scheme (NDIS Worker Screening Law) Amendment Determination 2024.

2  Commencement

  This instrument commences on the day after it is registered.

3  Authority

  This instrument is made under subsection 10B(1) of the National Disability Insurance Scheme Act 2013.

4  Schedule 1 - Amendments

  The instrument that is specified in Schedule 1 to this instrument is amended as set out in the applicable items in Schedule 1.

1  Subsection 5(6) 

 Omit “Disability Services and Other Legislation (Worker Screening) Amendment Act 2020”, substitute “Disability Services Act 2006”.
