1.         Name

  This determination is the Agricultural and Veterinary Chemicals Code (Interchangeable Constituent) Determination 2024.

2  Commencement

  This determination commences on the day after it is registered.

3  Authority

  This determination is made under subregulation 19AEA(1) of the Agricultural and Veterinary Chemicals Code Regulations 1995.

4  Definitions

         In this determination:

  non-active constituent means any constituent of a registered chemical product other than an active constituent.

  Note: Words and expressions used in this Determination have the same meaning as in the Agricultural and Veterinary Chemicals Code as scheduled to the Agricultural and Veterinary Chemicals Code Act 1994 and the Agricultural and Veterinary Chemicals Code Regulations 1995.

5  Interchangeable constituent determination

The constituent of a chemical product listed in Column 1 of the Table below may be interchanged with the constituent listed in Column 2 if the requirements specified in Column 3 are met.
