Narcotic Drugs (Licence Charges) Regulation 2016
This instrument is the Narcotic Drugs (Licence Charges) Amendment Regulations 2024.
(1) Each provision of this instrument specified in column 1 of the table commences, or is taken to have commenced, in accordance with column 2 of the table. Any other statement in column 2 has effect according to its terms.

12 Application of amendments made by the Narcotic Drugs (Licence Charges) Amendment Regulations 2024
(1) The amendments of section 6 made by the Narcotic Drugs (Licence Charges) Amendment Regulations 2024 apply to licence years that start on or after 1 July 2024.
(2) The amendments of section 6A made by the Narcotic Drugs (Licence Charges) Amendment Regulations 2024 apply to inspections commenced on or after 1 July 2024.
