Higher Education Provider Approval (No. 10 of 2006)

1  Name

  This instrument is the Higher Education Provider Approval (No. 10 of 2006) Amendment Instrument 2024.

2  Commencement

  This instrument commences the day after this instrument is registered.

3  Authority

  This instrument is made under section 16-25, paragraph 16-50(1)(b) and subsection 16-70(2) of the Higher Education Support Act 2003.

4  Schedules

  Each instrument that is specified in a Schedule to this instrument is amended or repealed as set out in the applicable items in the Schedule concerned, and any other item in a Schedule to this instrument has effect according to its terms.

Schedule 1—Amendments

Higher Education Provider Approval (No. 10 of 2006)

1  Approval and notice of approval pursuant to subsection 16-50(1) of the Higher Education Support Act 2003

Omit “Insearch Ltd”, substitute “UTS College Ltd (ACN 001 425 065; ABN 39 001 425 065)”.
