Telecommunications (Interception and Access (Emergency Service Facilities – Northern Territory) Amendment Instrument (No. 1) 2024
I, the Hon Mark Dreyfus KC MP, Attorney-General, under subsection 6(2D) of the Telecommunications (Interception and Access) Act 1979 make the following instrument.

This instrument is the Telecommunications (Interception and Access) (Emergency Service Facilities — Northern Territory) Amendment Instrument (No.1) 2024.
(1) Each provision of this instrument specified in column 1 of the table commences, or is taken to have commenced, in accordance within column 2 of the table. Any other statement in column 2 has effect according to its terms.
