Productivity Commission (Associate Commissioner) Appointment (No. 2) 2023

I, Jim Chalmers, Treasurer, under subsection 25(1) of the Productivity Commission Act 1998, and after consultation with the Chair of the Productivity Commission, appoint
Krystian Seibert as an Associate Commissioner of the Productivity Commission, on a part-time basis, for a period of 15 months beginning on the day after this instrument is registered on the Federal Register of Legislation.
