Schedule 1—Amendments
Remuneration Tribunal (Members’ Fees and Allowances) Regulation 2016
This instrument is the Remuneration Tribunal (Members’ Fees and Allowances) Amendment Regulations 2023.
(1) Each provision of this instrument specified in column 1 of the table commences, or is taken to have commenced, in accordance with column 2 of the table. Any other statement in column 2 has effect according to its terms.

This instrument is made under the Remuneration Tribunal Act 1973.
Each instrument that is specified in a Schedule to this instrument is amended or repealed as set out in the applicable items in the Schedule concerned, and any other item in a Schedule to this instrument has effect according to its terms.
Remuneration Tribunal (Members’ Fees and Allowances) Regulation 2016
1 Section 6
Repeal the section, substitute:
(1) For the purposes of section 12 of the Act, the fees set out in this section are prescribed.
(2) For the period between 1 July 2022 and 30 June 2023, the fees are:
(a) for the President—$135,117 per year; and
(b) for other members—$46,069 per year.
(3) For the period on and after 1 July 2023, the fees are:
(a) for the President—$140,522 per year; and
(b) for other members—$47,912 per year.
