1  Name

  This instrument is the National Health Security (SSBA Standards) Determination 2023.

2  Commencement

  This instrument commences the day after the instrument is registered on the Federal Register of Legislation.

3  Authority

  This instrument is made under subsection 35(1) of the National Health Security Act.

4  Definitions

In this instrument:

 

Act means the National Health Security Act 2007.

 

SSBA Standards means the Security Sensitive Biological Agent (SSBA) Standards, dated April 2013, published by the Commonwealth.

5 Determination

  For subsection 35(1) of the Act, the SSBA Standards are determined.

6  Schedules

  Each instrument that is specified in a Schedule to this instrument is amended or repealed as set out in the applicable items in the Schedule concerned, and any other item in a Schedule to this instrument has effect according to its terms.
