Financial Framework (Supplementary Powers) Regulations 1997

1  Name

  This instrument is the Financial Framework (Supplementary Powers) Amendment (Foreign Affairs and Trade Measures No. 3) Regulations 2023.

2  Commencement

 (1) Each provision of this instrument specified in column 1 of the table commences, or is taken to have commenced, in accordance with column 2 of the table. Any other statement in column 2 has effect according to its terms.

Go-Green Co-Innovation Program

To facilitate collaboration between Australian small and medium-sized enterprises and Singaporean businesses in jointly undertaking projects that drive the decarbonisation of economic activities, or help Australia or Singapore to transition to net zero emissions, where the projects:

(a) are delivered in Singapore; or

(b) involve trade and commerce between Singapore and Australia; or

(c) foster or promote trade and commerce between Singapore and Australia;

as a measure with respect to places, persons, matters or things external to Australia.

This objective also has the effect it would have if it were limited to measures in connection with trade and commerce with other countries, or among the States and Territories.
