Building and Construction Industry (Improving Productivity) (Accreditation Scheme) Rules 2019
This instrument is the Federal Safety Commissioner (Accreditation Scheme) Amendment Rules 2023.
This instrument commences on the day after this instrument is registered.
This instrument is made under section 120 of the Federal Safety Commissioner Act 2022.
Each instrument that is specified in a Schedule to this instrument is amended or repealed as set out in the applicable items in the Schedule concerned, and any other item in a Schedule to this instrument has effect according to its terms.
