Schedule 1—Amendments—Same day accommodation
Private Health Insurance (Benefit Requirements) Rules 2011
This instrument is the Private Health Insurance Legislation Amendment Rules (No. 6) 2023.
(1) Each provision of this instrument specified in column 1 of the table commences, or is taken to have commenced, in accordance with column 2 of the table. Any other statement in column 2 has effect according to its terms.

This instrument is made under subsection 333-20(1) of the Private Health Insurance Act 2007.
