1  Name

  This instrument is the Higher Education Support (Indigenous Student Success Program) (Rollover of Grant Amounts) Amendment Determination No. 2 2022.

2  Commencement

      This instrument commences on the day after it is registered.

3  Authority

  This instrument is made under subsections 38-40(3) and 38-40(4) of the Higher Education Support Act 2003 for the purposes of Part 2-2A of that Act. 

4  Schedule

  Each instrument that is specified in a Schedule to this instrument is amended or repealed as set out in the applicable items in the Schedule concerned, and any other item in a Schedule to this instrument has effect according to its terms.

5  Conditions

For the avoidance of doubt, conditions of the ISSP grants specified in a Schedule to this instrument are set out in Schedule 1 of the Higher Education Support (Indigenous Student Success Program) (Rollover of Grant Amounts) Determination 2022.

1)      In Column 3, Item 35 (pertaining to the type of grant provided to Victoria University) omit “2022 ISSP further rollover grant”, substitute “2022 ISSP rollover grant.”
