Fuel Security (Target Number of Days) Declaration 2022

 

I, the Hon Chris Bowen MP, Minister for Climate Change and Energy, under subsection 14(1) of the Fuel Security Act 2021 (the Act) and having regard to the matters referred to in subsection 14(3) of the Act, declare, for the MSO activity and MSO product referred to in column 1 of the following table:

 (a) for the period that begins on 1 July 2023 and ends on 30 June 2024—the target number of days specified in column 2 of the table; and

 (b) on and from 1 July 2024—the target number of days specified in column 3 of the table.
