Schedule 1—Amendments
National Health Security (National Notifiable Disease List) Instrument 2018
This instrument is the National Health Security (National Notifiable Disease List) Amendment Instrument 2022.
This instrument commences the day after this instrument is registered.
This instrument is made under subsection 12(1) of the National Health Security Act 2007.
Each instrument that is specified in a Schedule to this instrument is amended as set out in the applicable items in the Schedule concerned, and any other item in a Schedule to this instrument has effect according to its terms.

Omit “Note”, substitute “Note 1”.
3 At the end of section 6
Add:
Note 2: Monkeypox virus infection ceases to be on the National Notifiable Disease List at the end of the period of 6 months after the National Health Security (National Notifiable Disease List) Amendment Instrument 2022 took effect due to subsection 12(4) of the National Health Security Act 2007.
