Commonwealth Electoral (COVID Enfranchisement) Regulations 2022

1  Name

  This instrument is the Commonwealth Electoral (COVID Enfranchisement) Amendment Regulations 2022.

2  Commencement

 (1) Each provision of this instrument specified in column 1 of the table commences, or is taken to have commenced, in accordance with column 2 of the table. Any other statement in column 2 has effect according to its terms.

Commonwealth Electoral (COVID Enfranchisement) Regulations 2022

1  Subparagraph 8(2)(c)(i)

Omit “Tuesday that is 4 days”, substitute “Friday that is 8 days”.

2  Paragraph 8(2)(e)

Omit “throughout”, substitute “at any time during”.

3  Paragraph 9(2)(c)

Omit “throughout”, substitute “at a time during”.
