1  Name

  This instrument is the Autonomous Sanctions (Import Sanctioned Goods—Russia) Designation 2022.

3  Authority

  This instrument is made under subregulation 4A(3) of the Autonomous Sanctions Regulations 2011.

4  Definitions

  In this instrument:

Tariff Code means the statistical codes used in the ‘Combined Australian Customs Tariff Nomenclature and Statistical Classification’.

5  Designation as import sanctioned goods

  For subregulation 4A(3) of the Autonomous Sanctions Regulations 2011, goods listed in Schedule 1 are designated as import sanctioned goods for Russia.

A misdescribed amendment is an amendment that does not accurately describe how an amendment is to be made.
