Productivity Commission (Acting Commissioner) Appointment (No. 2) 2021

I, Josh Frydenberg, Treasurer, under subsection 32(3) of the Productivity Commission Act 1998 and subsection 33A(1) of the Acts Interpretation Act 1901, appoint Jane Doolan to act in the office of a Commissioner of the Productivity Commission, for the period 8 December 2021 to 7 March 2022, on a part-time basis, and on the same terms and conditions that apply, as at the date of this appointment, to a part‑time Commissioner under sections 28 and 30 of the Productivity Commission Act 1998.

Note: Jane Doolan has extensive skills and experience in applying the principles of ecologically sustainable development and environmental conservation within the meaning of subsection 24(3) of the Productivity Commission Act 1998.
