1  Name

  This is the Variation to Licence Area Plan – Albury Radio – 2021 (No. 1).

2  Commencement

  This instrument commences at the start of the day after it is registered on the Federal Register of Legislation.

3  Authority

  This instrument is made under subsection 26(2) of the Broadcasting Services Act 1992.

4  Variation

  The Licence Area Plan – Albury (Radio) – September 1997 (F2005B00605) is varied as follows:

(a)                rename the instrument as the “Licence Area Plan – Albury Radio”;

(b)                amend the heading on the title page so that it reads “Licence Area Plan – Albury Radio”;
