This instrument is the Autonomous Sanctions (Designated and Declared Persons—Myanmar) Amendment (Continuation of Effect) Instrument 2021.

(1) Each provision of this instrument specified in column 1 of the table commences, or is taken to have commenced, in accordance with column 2 of the table. Any other statement in column 2 has effect according to its terms.

This instrument is made under paragraphs 6(1)(a) and (b) and subregulation 9(3) of the Autonomous Sanctions Regulations 2011.

(2) For paragraph 6 (1) (b) of the Autonomous Sanctions Regulations 2011, each person mentioned in an item in Schedule 1 is a declared person for the Myanmar.

Part 3—Continuation of effect of designations and declarations

5 Purpose of this Part

This Part is made for the purposes of subregulation 9(3) of the Autonomous Sanctions Regulations 2011.

6 Continuation of effect of designations and declarations on and after date of making of the Autonomous Sanctions (Designated and Declared Persons—Myanmar) Amendment (Continuation of Effect) Instrument 2021

(1) The designation, under paragraph 6(1)(a) of the Autonomous Sanctions Regulations 2011, of the persons mentioned in items 1 to 5 in Schedule 1 continues to have effect.

(2) The declaration, under paragraph 6(1)(b) of the Autonomous Sanctions Regulations 2011, of the persons mentioned in items 1 to 5 in Schedule 1 continues to have effect.
