1 Name of Instrument
This Instrument is the Charter of the United Nations (UN Sanction Enforcement Law) Amendment Declaration 2021 (No. 1).
2 Commencement
This Instrument commences at the same time as the Charter of the United Nations Legislation Amendment (2021 Measures No. 1) Regulations 2021 commences.
3 Authority
This Instrument is made under subsection 2B(1) of the Charter of the United Nations Act 1945.
