1  Name

  This instrument is the Greenhouse and Energy Minimum Standards (Exemption) Instrument (No. 3) 2021.

2  Commencement

  This instrument commences the day after it is registered.

3  Authority

  This instrument is made under subsection 37(1) of the Greenhouse and Energy Minimum Standards Act 2012.

4  Definitions

  In this instrument:

Act means the Greenhouse and Energy Minimum Standards Act 2012.

Determination means the Greenhouse and Energy Minimum Standards (Dishwashers) Determination 2015.

exempt model: see section 5.

5  Exemption

  The models specified in clause 1 of the Schedule (the exempt models) are exempt from the requirements of the Determination as described at clause 2 of the Schedule with respect to the supplies of the exempt models specified at clause 3 of the Schedule.

Requirements of the Determination as follows:

 

GEMS labelling requirements

The identified models are exempted from the GEMS labelling requirements, which are set out in section 7 of the Determination and in AS/NZS 2007.2:2005.

 

3  Supplies to which the exemption applies

 

This exemption applies in relation to any supplies of Freshcup products with the specifications set out in clause 1 of this Schedule.
