1 Name of Instrument

 (1) This instrument is the Telecommunications (Interception and Access) (Emergency Service Facilities—Victoria) Amendment Instrument 2020.

(2) This instrument may be cited as LIN 20/280.

 This instrument commences on the day after it is registered.

3 Schedule

 The instrument that is specified in Schedule 1 is amended as set out in that Schedule.
