Bass Strait Central Zone Scallop Fishery (Total Allowable Catch) Determination 2020
The Australian Fisheries Management Authority makes the following determination in accordance with a decision made by the Commissioners under section 23 of the Fisheries Administration Act 1991.

This instrument is the Bass Strait Central Zone Scallop Fishery (Total Allowable Catch) Determination 2020.
This instrument commences on 12 July 2020.
3 Revocation
This instrument is revoked on 1 January 2021.
This instrument is made under paragraph 17(6)(aa) of the Fisheries Management Act 1991 for the purpose of section 27 of the Bass Strait Central Zone Scallop Fishery Management Plan 2002 (the Plan).
Any term used in this instrument that is defined for the purposes of the Plan has the same meaning in this instrument as it has in the Plan.
Note: Terms defined in the Fisheries Management Act 1991 have the same meanings in this Determination
6 Determination of total allowable catch
(1) This section applies for the fishing season commencing on 12 July 2020.
(2) For a species of fish specified in an item in column 1 of the table, the total allowable catch, in tonnes, in whole weight including shells for that species is determined in column 2.
