Private Health Insurance (Prostheses) Rules (No. 1) 2020

1  Name

  This instrument is the Private Health Insurance (Prostheses) Amendment Rules (No. 2) 2020.

2  Commencement

 This instrument commences immediately after the commencement of the Private Health Insurance (Prostheses) Rules (No. 1) 2020.

3  Authority

  This instrument is made under item 4 of the table in section 333-20 of the Private Health Insurance Act 2007.

4  Schedules

  Each instrument that is specified in Schedule 1 to this instrument is amended or repealed as set out in the applicable items in Schedule 1, and any other item in a Schedule to this instrument has effect according to its terms.

Schedule 1—Amendments

Private Health Insurance (Prostheses) Rules (No. 1) 2020

1. Schedule 1, Part 1, Prostheses List – Part A, 06.03- SKELETAL RECONSTRUCTION, 06.03.15 - Bone Graft Substitute, 06.03.15.02 - Ceramic, >5cc - 10cc (table item dealing with billing code WR004)

Repeal the item.

2.     Schedule 1, Part 1, Prostheses List – Part A, 06.03- SKELETAL RECONSTRUCTION, 06.03.15 - Bone Graft Substitute, 06.03.15.02 - Ceramic, >5cc - 10cc (cell at table item dealing with billing code WR003, column headed “Minimum Benefit”)

Repeal the cell, substitute:

$1,449.00
