Higher Education Support (Maximum Payments for Indigenous Student Assistance Grants) Determination 2016
This instrument is the Higher Education Support (Maximum Payments for Indigenous Student Assistance Grants) Amendment Determination 2019.
This instrument commences on the day after this instrument is registered.
This instrument is made under subsection 38-45(2) and subsection 38-45(4) of the Higher Education Support Act 2003.
Each instrument that is specified in the Schedule to this instrument is amended or repealed as set out in the applicable items in the Schedule, and any other item in the Schedule to this instrument has effect according to its terms.
