2 Commencement

  This certificate comes into force on the day it is signed by the Minister in accordance with s 20(6) of the Act.

  This certificate is issued under s 20 of the Act.

4 Definitions

  In this certificate:

Act means the Petroleum Resource Rent Tax Assessment Act 1987.
