VARIATION OF THE ROADS TO RECOVERY LIST 2019

I, MICHAEL MCCORMACK, Minister for Infrastructure, Transport and Regional Development, under section 88(2B) of the National Land Transport Act 2014 (the Act), vary the Roads to Recovery List 2019 which was made on 31 October 2018, and amended by Instrument 2019/2 made on 1 July 2019, 2019/3 made on 29 July 2019, and instrument 2019/4 made on 27 September 2019 as follows:
- Name of variation
This variation instrument is the Roads to Recovery List 2019 Variation Instrument No. 2019/5.
2. Variation
(a) In Schedule 1 of the List:
omit the amount specified in Column 2 of Schedule 1 to the List for each applicable person or body named in Column 1 of the schedule to this instrument and replace the omitted amount with the amount specified for that person or body in Column 2 of the schedule to this instrument.
3. Commencement
This instrument commences on the day after registration.
