1  Name

1.     This instrument is the Telecommunications (Interception and Access) (Emergency Service Facilities – Victoria) Amendment Instrument 2019.
2.     This instrument may be cited as LIN 19/277.

2  Commencement

  This instrument commences on the day after it is registered on the Federal Register of Legislation.

3  Authority

  This instrument is made under subsection 6(2D) of the Telecommunications (Interception and Access) Act 1979.

4  Schedule

  The instrument that is specified in Schedule 1 is amended as set out in that Schedule.
