Note: A small number of occupations are known by different titles in Australia and New Zealand. In these cases, ANZSCO uses a dual title, which notes the country specific titles, to describe the occupations, e.g. “grain, oilseed or pasture grower (Aus) / field crop grower (NZ)”. These dual titles have been used in column 1 of the table in this section for consistency with ANZSCO.
(2) For the purposes of subregulation 2.72C(11) of the Regulations:
(a) for item 79 of the table in subsection (1), the occupation does not apply to the nominee if the position in which the nominee is to work is a brothel keeper.

Misdescribed amendments
A misdescribed amendment is an amendment that does not accurately describe how an amendment is to be made. If, despite the misdescription, the amendment can be given effect as intended, then the misdescribed amendment can be incorporated through an editorial change made under section 15V of the Legislation Act 2003.
If a misdescribed amendment cannot be given effect as intended, the amendment is not incorporated and “(md not incorp)” is added to the amendment history.
