The Australian Communications and Media Authority makes the following instrument under subsection 26(2) of the Broadcasting Services Act 1992.

This is the Variation to Licence Area Plan – Townsville Radio 2019 (No. 1).
This instrument commences at the start of the day after it is registered on the Federal Register of Legislation.

This instrument is made under subsection 26(2) of the Broadcasting Services Act 1992.
The Licence Area Plan - Townsville (Radio) - October 1997 (F2005B00912) is varied as follows:
(a) rename the instrument as the "Licence Area Plan – Townsville Radio";
(b) in clause (3) omit “Attachment 2.2”, substitute “Attachments 2.2 – 2.4”;
(c) in clause (4):
