1  Name

  This instrument is the Legislation (Deferral of Sunsetting—Export Control Instruments) Certificate 2019.

2  Commencement

 (1) Each provision of this instrument specified in column 1 of the table commences, or is taken to have commenced, in accordance with column 2 of the table. Any other statement in column 2 has effect according to its terms.

Note: This table relates only to the provisions of this instrument as originally made. It will not be amended to deal with any later amendments of this instrument.

 (2) Any information in column 3 of the table is not part of this instrument. Information may be inserted in this column, or information in it may be edited, in any published version of this instrument.

3  Authority

  This instrument is made under paragraph 51(1)(c) of the Legislation Act 2003.

4  Deferral of sunsetting

  The following instruments, for which the sunsetting day is 1 April 2020, are repealed by section 51 of the Legislation Act 2003 on 1 April 2021:

 (a) the Australian Meat and Live‑stock Industry (Conditions on live‑stock export licences) Order 2012;

 (b) the Australian Meat and Live‑stock Industry (Export Licensing) Regulations 1998;

 (c) the Australian Meat and Live‑stock Industry (Live Cattle Exports to Republic of Korea) Order 2002;

 (d) the Australian Meat and Live‑stock Industry (Standards) Order 2005;

 (e) the Export Control (Animals) Order 2004;

 (f) the Export Control (Eggs and Egg Products) Orders 2005;

 (g) the Export Control (Fish and Fish Products) Orders 2005;

 (h) the Export Control (Hardwood Wood Chips) Regulations 1996;

 (i) the Export Control (Meat and Meat Products) Orders 2005;

 (j) the Export Control (Milk and Milk Products) Orders 2005;

 (k) the Export Control (Orders) Regulations 1982;

 (l) the Export Control (Organic Produce Certification) Orders;

 (m) the Export Control (Plants and Plant Products) Order 2011;

 (n) the Export Control (Poultry Meat and Poultry Meat Products) Orders 2010;

 (o) the Export Control (Prescribed Goods—General) Order 2005;

 (p) the Export Control (Rabbit and Ratite Meat) Orders 1985;

 (q) the Export Control (Regional Forest Agreements) Regulations;

 (r) the Export Control (Unprocessed Wood) Regulations;

 (s) the Export Control (Wild Game Meat and Wild Game Meat Products) Orders 2010.

5  Repeal of this instrument

  This instrument is repealed at the start of 2 April 2021.
