This instrument is the Legislation (Explosives Instruments) Sunset-altering Declaration 2019.
(1) Each provision of this instrument specified in column 1 of the table commences, or is taken to have commenced, in accordance with column 2 of the table. Any other statement in column 2 has effect according to its terms.

This instrument is made under subsection 51A(1) of the Legislation Act 2003.
The following instruments are repealed by section 51A of the Legislation Act 2003 on 1 October 2024:
(a) the Explosives Areas Regulations 2003;
(b) the Explosives Transport Regulations 2002.
This instrument is repealed at the start of 2 October 2024.
